Around 2pm, the Audubon Fire Department was dispatched for a reported house fire at 524 Graisbury Avenue.

It was initially believed to be a kitchen fire, but police arrived to find the house heavily involved.

Command arrived and confirmed the police report, placing the all-hands in service.

Quint 1-1 was first due, and it's crew led off with a 2 ½ handline.

With a need for more manpower, command struck the 2nd alarm.

Since the fire was during the day, a Camden City Fire Department Engine Company was also called in.

The fire was placed under control within an hour of the initial dispatch.
