Engine 1-1

Engine 1-1 is a 1981 Hahn Custom Pumper that was placed into service after its delivery in March of 1981. It has a Hale single stage 1000 GPM pump with a 500 gallon water tank. It is powered by a 6 cylinder Detroit Diesel motor and Allison transmission . Engine 1-1 is used primarily as our second out engine for water supply but it is first for brush and highway hazards. The engine had a slight refurbishment done in 1988 when the deck gun and rear discharge were added along with an around the pump foam system and quartz lighting. The Engine carries 1,500 feet of 4 inch supply line, 500 feet of 3 inch line along with a 150 foot 2 1/2 inch blitz line off the rear. The (2) 1 3/4 inch cross lays are 150 and 200 foot long. Both engines are equipped with a high rise pack for hi-rise operations. There is an additional portable deck gun housed in a compartment for deluge use.
