Around midnight on January 14, 2007 Audubon units were dispatched for an alarm at the Weber’s Diner at 136 White Horse Pike.  Police arrived on location and reported heavy fire showing. Command from Audubon, (110) arrived and reported heavy fire from the roof area of a 40x50 diner.  The all hands was struck on arrival.   Crews went in operation was handlines to find heavy fire conditions on the roof.   A special call was made to Oaklyn for the Ladder Company. Command struck the 2nd alarm shortly into the job.  Crews extinguished the blaze on the roof, opened up, as well as checked the kitchen area for extension.  The diner was not open at the time of the blaze, and no injuries were reported.
