From Saturday April 14th, until Monday April 16th, a major Nor'easter hit the East Coast, and the Audubon community in particular. Between Saturday and Wednesday of that week, the Audubon Fire Department pumped water out of the basements of nearly 70 Audubon resident's homes. This required countless hours from many members of the department who gave up time at work and home to assist the residents who needed it. This free service to the town was greatly appreciated by the people who needed us most over the wet weekend.
